Today we are reminded that balance is vital to our lives, often when we lose that balance we can find ourselves feeling
overwhelmed or just lost. Take time to keep balance in your life even if it means putting things on the shelf to be done
later so that you are able to stay balanced with your current needs.
Needs and wants are important to be decided between when you are trying to find your balance as often wants take
precedence over needs and that can throw us out of sync and leave us in a bad place so be certain that your time is
being used properly as wants are fine, as long as the needs are taken care of first !
